The Beachbody Health Bet pool has grown to $3 Million!

WHAT IT IS:  My company is rewarding you for going after your health and fitness goals in the New Year! If you purchase a program & Shakeology, you will get access to my challenge group that will be run through an app on your cell phone. We kick off on January 9th.  You’ll be logging at least five Shakeology’s a week with pictures and at least 3 workouts a week– you can get a cut of the $3 million pot.

HOW TO GET A CUT OF THE $3 MILLION:

  1. Be an active member in my challenge group as of January 9th.
  2. Log 5 Shakeology’s with pictures a week
  3. Log AT LEAST 3 workouts a week

YOU MUST meet all of the requirements for each week.

  • Week 1: Jan 9-Jan 15
  • Week 2: Jan 16-Jan 22
  • Week 3: Jan 23- Jan 29
  • Week 4: Jan 30-Feb 5

HOW TO GET INVOLVED:

Contact me & we will find the program that best fits for YOU.  We will talk about your goals, what you’ve tried before, your eating habits, and much more. Based on that, we will pick a program that will get YOU the best results. Pair that with Shakeology & you’ve got yourself a plan and one on one support.

I am a proud stay at home mom of twins plus one and a loving wife to my best friend and husband. This is a part of my story, but it’s not my whole story. Inside of me exists this whole big world filled with dreams of traveling, learning, and writing books. Since becoming a mom it’s been a struggle to imagine how any of it could come true because of how busy life has become! Until I realized that I could stay committed to my passions, while being flexible with my approach. This is where my journey to find balance began. Becoming a health and lifestyle coach has opened my eyes to the power of having a supportive community to back up my dreams!

My vision is to help women stay connected to every part of themselves. In order to honor ourselves those around us we need to take care of ourselves! By inspiring our minds, fueling our bodies, and building our strength we will create the inner and outer space we need to thrive.

Yoga Rebels Wated

I’ve been a yoga girl for over a decade now and it’s helped me on so many different levels. I’m an anxious person…always have been! Even as a kid I’ve always reacted to situations with super strong emotions that easily overwhelmed me. Yoga helps me to calm down, refocus and get centered.

However, something in me has shifted since I endured two months of bed-rest when I was pregnant with the twins. I was stuck on my back for SO long. I couldn’t do all of the things that I loved doing as a stay-at-home mom. I couldn’t grocery shop or cook for my family. I couldn’t run around or swim with my son. I get teary eyed thinking about the nights I spent in the hospital and my son crying to me on Facetime because he wanted mommy home to snuggle with him.

So naturally, once I had the twins it was like this feeling of being released from a cage and now all I want to do is MOVE! I still need flexibility, but I have a really hard time BEING STILL. Kind of important for yoga, right?

Enter PiYo! This exercise program has built a bridge between what I love about Yoga and my need to be constantly moving. Not to mention it’s introduced me to muscles that I never knew I had. It’s a perfect combination of yoga, pilates and cardio.
